Yue Qiaoning Yu, Ph.D.

Yue is Founder of Uniphoenix Group, where she leads global strategy and market entry, focusing on cross-border business development and market growth.
Previously, she was a Partner and a founding team member of Brunswick Group’s China office, where she grew the business from inception as part of the core leadership team. Through cross-market engagements involving North America, Europe, and Asia, she developed strong commercial judgment and hands-on experience in growing businesses in complex environments shaped by capital flows, regulatory dynamics, and geopolitical factors.
She also served as Co-Chairwoman of the MarCom Committee at AmCham China, engaging with business and policy leaders on cross-market developments.
Yue holds an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and a Ph.D. in International Relations from the joint Peking University–Waseda University program.
Wallace Feng, Ph.D.

Wallace is Co-Founder of Uniphoenix Group, specializing in supply chain systems and market infrastructure, with a focus on building scalable cross-border frameworks across Asian markets.
Previously, he served as Vice President at JD.com, where he was involved in large-scale supply chain integration, e-commerce operations, and platform development. He also serves as Secretary-General of the Food Industry Think Tank under the China Food Industry Association, contributing to industry research and policy-oriented initiatives.
Wallace focuses on designing integrated systems that connect supply chains, distribution networks, and market channels to enable scalable market entry and growth.
Wallace holds a Ph.D. in Diplomacy from the joint Peking University–Waseda University program.
