Yue Q. Yu, Ph.D.

Yue is Co-Founder of Uniphoenix Group, where she leads global sourcing, cross-border strategy, and international business development.
Previously, she was a Partner and founding member of Brunswick Group’s China office, advising Fortune Global 500 companies on IPOs, cross-border M&A, and international expansion. She also served as Co-Chairwoman of the MarCom Committee at AmCham China from 2019 to 2022, working at the intersection of business, policy, and global markets.
Now based in Toronto, Yue brings a cross-cultural perspective and an entrepreneurial mindset to international business and strategy. Her work focuses on connecting institutions, markets, and systems to drive long-term value across borders.
Yue holds an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and a Ph.D. in International Relations from the joint Peking University–Waseda University program.

Wallace Q. Feng, Ph.D.

Wallace is Co-Founder of Uniphoenix Group, responsible for the company’s strategy, e-commerce development, and end-to-end supply chain operations across markets.
He also serves as Secretary-General of the China Food Industry Association Think Tank, where he works with local governments and industry partners to connect production regions more directly to national and cross-border supply chain networks, helping reduce fragmentation and improve overall system efficiency. In September 2025, he proposed a new county development pathway centered on “digitalization, industry integration, and data-driven systems” at the national rural revitalization data product launch event.
Wallace holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the joint Peking University–Waseda University program. Outside of work, he has a strong interest in psychology and philosophy, with a particular focus on systems thinking and decision-making.
